[Icom] Which One?

Hello all,

I have been hauling my 756pro back and forth to from the shack to my RV for
a year now and have decided it is just too much of a hassle to continue. Now
the question.... I looked at a friends installation of a new Yaesu FT-100
(160-UHF 450) and played with it a little. This thing was pretty slick and
seemed ideal for mobile use.  I have never seen a 706 installed or played
with one. Same band coverage but it seems the Yaesu had more digital
features and used less filters. Now I am a Icom fan but not sure which unit
is has the better design.  I know some of you have played with both and can
steer me right!  I use an AH-4 and a whip on the RV.
