[Icom] New Kenwood rig to challenge 706?

We know about the new Ten Tec rigs.  Lately there have been rumors of Kenwood 
coming out with a HF/6 rig designed to challenge the 706.  Anyone have any 
info on this?  More importantly, I'd be curious to know how Icom would 
respond--maybe with my much anticipated Model IIIG?
