I know  that you understood what you said,
and thought that I might understand, what you said,
But do you know that I understood that is not what  you meant.

The thing that I like about the Canadian law is the ham band as stated is 
open to for whatever you are licensed.  That is since I can operate full 
priviledges on phone and digi, I can operate such anywhere on the ham 
band.  Is is only our of politeness that we respcet the suggested band plans.
