[Icom] Translation progress

The AltaVista translations of the Icom Japan New Product pages for the
IC-703, IC-2720, IC-R5 and T90 are now on my site.

I have also simplified access to the translations. Go to the Icom page, and
use the drop-down list (in the left column of the page) to select the
product to view. The selector page is gone, as the new access arrangement is
much simpler and more rational.

I shall be adding more items to the list as they appear. Watch for the
"IC-785".
