[Icom] Translation progress

The AltaVista translations of the Icom Japan New Product pages for the
IC-703, IC-2720 and IC-R5 are now on my site. Go to the Icom Page, click on
the Ham Fair 2000 logo and then select the product from the pull-down menu.

The IC-T90 translation is in "Santa's workshop". As soon as it is
presentable (no mention of "knitting machines" etc.) I shall post it and
announce it here.

As always, the translations are "as is", and no responsibility is assumed
for their accuracy or content. The products are available in Japan; they
will be offered in North America only when regulatory approval has been
obtained for versions compatible with U.S. and Canadian regulatory
requirements.
