[Icom] Still looking: HD-15 Phone Patch and 706MKIIG tips, etc.

Howdy,

I just obtained an HD-15 - I am planning on using it either on my
706MKIIG, or, when obtained, on a 756ProII.  I'm interested in how
any of you might have hooked up such a phone patch to your Icom -
did you use the Accessory plug?  Would you maybe have a wiring
diagram?  Did you need extra caps to filter RF (like, .01
microfarad ceramic)?

I assume that the PHONE PATCH out goes to the transmit audio in.
Rcvr is the receive audio out.  Etc.
