No, the Feds WONT come in.....PRB-1 only takes effect in cases of zoning,
etc..Deed restrictions, covenants, etc are NOT affected and can/will be
enforced against anyone putting up a tower/antenna and gets caught! (I had
some outside antennas at my rental in the Bear Creek area....no one
complained and there was a ham two streets over with a short tower and
triband beam on it....evidently had gotten permission to put it up from the
HOA)....
DONOT believe the "Feds" will come support you in any case....nope, aint
gonna happen...Even if you are MARS (I have been)or CAP (same there..Former
Capt) or any similar org...
PRB-1 is written as a "suggestion" and does NOT allow any specific height or
type of antenna..Read your deed restrictions, etc BEFORE signing the
paperwork.....otherwise, you are SOL in court.
