What part of HOA's & CCR do you not understand?  Almost every new
sub-division has them and if you want to purchase a home there you
must sign a document that says you will abide by them. Period end of
discussion.  PRB-1 is for the most part toothless if you have already
signed a CCR.  Likewise PRB-1 only allows for "reasonable
accommodation".  That does not give you permission to do whatever you
want.

Likewise being MARS, CAP, ARES, RACES,.a SEC, DEC, EC, AEC, SRO, DRO,
CLO or ACLO doesn't mean one iota when your HOA gets you in court.

The fact that you are grandfathered by longevity means more than all
the above multiplied together.
