[HoustonHam] Antenna restricted sub-divisions

do not understand this.  my impression is that you could bring the Feds in and
they would overturn the restrictions for the HAM especially if he was MARS,
etc .   I am in a 50 yr old subdivision which is being bought out and rebuilt
and I have a BWD-90, a 40' tower/mast and a DX-CC all strung over my house.
There are NO restrictions of any kind in this sub to prevent even a 200' tower
being put up, if you can guy one that high and the FAA would allow it.
AAR, the Feds came in and supported one fellow in Lubbock and now all the
realtors up there believe that all such requirements are moot.
