I agree with Tim. As I said in my off-list reply, I've done biz with M-C
for some time. I have found them to be a good outfit. And what few
problems I have had have been resolved quickly and fairly.

Going to the supervisor of the guy who blew you off is, as Tim said, the
best initial step. However, I stand by my statement that if you aren't
treated fairly and with respect at that point, I'd lay into them with
both barrels.

I didn't mean to rant about this situation, but deals like this are a
real hot button for me. I am self employed as a industrial electronics
systems integrator. I try my best to treat all my customers and vendors
fairly and with respect. But in the last 10 years or so I have seen
vendor relations take a very bad turn. The bigger the outfit, the bigger
the give-a-sh_t attitude they have. What those people forget is that #1
*we* pay their salaries, and #2 *our* dollars made them big, dollars
given to them (hopefully) in return for quality goods and decent service.

Stepping down off the soapbox now... ;<)

Hope all have an enjoyable Holiday season and a fun and safe New Year.

Mike
