I agree, however, having spent many years at a distributor type company, 
keep in mind the fellow you spoke with may have just been a jerk, and it 
may not reflect the overall attitude of the company so try some honey 
first with the President, explain your shipping request was not honored. 
These companys get specific shipping requests daily, ship partial, ship 
complete, some items red and the others ground so this should not have 
been an issue. Ask that the shipping charges be refunded, THEN if no 
action take the gloves off.
