[HomeBrew] NEED: 3/8" shaft knobs and cog for Balanced Tuner

Just completing a Balanced Tuner and need a pair of large knobs for 
completion.  Also, looking for a pair of 3/8" cogs or pulleys to go between 
the two roller inductors, does anyone have these or know of a source?
