[HIham] Makani Pahili 2013

The annual hurricane exercise Makani Pahili starts on June 1 in 
conjunction with the Central Pacific hurricane season.  Amateur radio 
nets are set for Saturday, June 1 and Wednesday, June 5. Other events 
are an FLDIGI MT63-2K practice net on Thursday, May 23 and a SKYWARN net 
on Sunday, June 2.

Details are available at the Makani Pahili 2013 web page.  Amateur radio 
operators are invited to practice and improve their proficiency.
