Amateur radio operators in Hawaii, On Monday May 20, Governor 
Ambercrombie signed House Bill 980 into law.  It takes effect on July 1, 
superseding all county laws for mobile cellular telephone operators, and 
also mobile amateur radio operations.   It would be useful to print a 
copy of this PDF file and put it in your glove compartment.
