[HIham] Kauai County Council Defers County Cell phone Bill for 2 weeks, for added consideration

The Kauai County Council on Thursday, January 21, deferred action on 
Bill 2336 Draft 2, to further study the impact of the proposed changes 
to limit the use of two-way radios has upon Kauai County workers.  The 
bill may reappear on the County Council agenda in two weeks, Feb 3.
