[HIham] Amended versions of Cell Phone Bills HB2602 and SB2755 are on the web

The results of last week's House TRN and Senate TIA committee hearings 
are on the web.

The HD1 draft of HB2602, and the SD1 draft of SB2755 are available.

Both bills retain the exemption for mobile amateur radio use.


The two bills differ on the use of two-way radios for work-related 
purposes.  HB2602 HD1 removed the previous restrictions, while SB2755 
SD1 modified the restrictions.
