EARC folks:

Speaking of Science Fair, during the recent Extra class at Kaikmuki,
when the questions about magnetrons came up, one of the class members
very carefully diamantled the magnetron from a microwave oven and even
carefully cut the frequency-determining body in half to show the
interior resonating structure.

It took several tries to get the cut he wanted for viewing.

Can anyone think of someone who can use for a future Science Fair ?
Would like to pass on to anyone interested including other microwave
oven magnetron parts.
