[HIham] Kalawao County (Kalaupapa, island of Molokai) delay in start of operations

We just want to let you know that:

The start of the limited operations from Kalawao County (Kalaupapa, island 
of Molokai) will be delayed a couple of days.
We will commence by Thursday, April 15th.  Sorry for the delay.
QSL direct to each operator with SASE or IRC or green stamp or via buro.

>Operations will be on 40 meters and above using small antennas (Force 12
