[HIham] HB2773 HD1 SD1 and HB2774 HD1 SD1 going to third reading

These bills were passed out of the CPH Committee on Wednesday, April 7, with
the intention that the bills be discussed and amended at Conference
Committee to strike a balance among the affected parties. Friday was a
holiday and Monday, today, is a recess.  The bills will most likely be read
tomorrow, April 13, 2004, on the Senate floor sometime after 10:00 a.m. We
do not know when it will occur.  We will be monitoring to see what comments
are made when the vote is taken.  You may attend if you wish; however, the
Senate will not be taking testimony and you may have to wait quite a while.

We will let you know the results and what steps need to be taken.
