Bev,
The only hams who care about "rare counties" are the County Hunters. The
County Hunter Net is on 14336 and 7234 BUT during mainland daylight hours.
I'll pass your note to the county hunters BUT you need to try to make
SUNRISE in Hawaii to work the Eurpeans who need it, and then stay on for the
USA on 14336. Someone will go off the Net frequency and help you, typically
someone on the west coast with good copy will help out.
If you work CW, the County Hunter freq is 14056.5.
