Does anyone know for sure if the NWS sent out a SAME alert for the
watch? Is it their normal practice to do so? I have an EAS receiver
in the office tuned to KSSK-FM, and it never went off. I don't really
know if an EAS message would go out for a watch or before the first
siren sounding three hours before the arrival time.
