Does anyone know for sure if the NWS sent out a SAME alert for the 
watch?  Is it their normal practice to do so?  I have an EAS receiver 
in the office tuned to KSSK-FM, and it never went off.  I don't really 
know if an EAS message would go out for a watch or before the first 
siren sounding three hours before the arrival time.
