[Heathkit] Replacement Plastic Window for Tube Tester

Go to your local hobby shop they will have plastic sheet used for
forming model airplane canopies, which will be  close to the thickness
of the original.  What I have done in the past is to use a scoring
tool to add the guidelines.  I then fill the scored line with red
Krylon in the bottle available at Texas Art Supply.  I add a fairly
liberal amount of paint, let it almost dry and then remove the excess
with a little wd-40 on an old T shirt.  It looked as good as the
