[Heathkit] Replacement Plastic Window for Tube Tester

I have a TT-1A tube tester that is missing the plastic protective window.
What is the best substitute for this plastic piece with the red line?  Is
the piece available somewhere or does one have to be made?  If made, what is
the best way to do the red line where it does not fade?
