[Heathkit] Frozen bandswitch

Consider WD-40, PB Blaster, or Ballistol.  I'm particularly fond of 
Ballistol:  http://www.ballistol.com/uses/electrical-equipment/  It 
doesn't seem to have the solvents present in WD-40.
