[Heathkit] Frozen bandswitch

Consider also that the switch is one of the more irreplaceable pieces and
the radio and it's good to treat it as such.
It's likely frozen at the front panel collar .... soaking it with
kroil/PBlaster, keeping it soaked and waiting a day or two are all good
suggestions. I'd NOT be wrenching it with heavy tools.
One other suggestion...put a soldering iron on the shaft ...say near where
the knob was, and let heat soak into that front panel shaft bushing
...especially with some solvent (Kroil/blaster, etc). Give it more time and
less muscle and you're more likely to end up with a working undamaged rig.
