PCB were really bad. Before it was know just HOW bad they were, used transformer oil and Dioxin was poured on dirt roads to keep the dust down.
Hooker Chemical also dumped a LOT of it in the ground. Remember Love Canal?
When I worked for IBM, we we instructed to remove and return those PCB filled caps from equipment. Fortunately, there were none in my territory!!!

I wouldn't ship this Cantenna with oil inside the container no
matter how
many trash bags you use. You're asking for a disaster.

Pete is right. That thing will leak if
tipped. Unless you pop the lid,
get a new paint can lid from Lowes/HD to
replace it with. Still, that's
risky.

Best thing to use in them is mineral oil. Go to your
nearest farm supply store, like IFA, and get a gallon.

With transformer oil the Cantenna will handle
1000 watts for 10 minutes. With mineral oil the 1KW rating drops to less than a
minute.

If you need more than a minute to tune up into a dummy
load, then you need to make a chart of settings so
you can quickly go to them
and tuneup.
