The alarm made over PCBs may be over rated. I handled transformers in and out of "pole
pig" cases on a number of occasions, dipping my arms elbow deep into the stuff, and have
not become seriously ill as a result.
There are many other such stories. Now, I think if you drank the PCB oil, or if you soaked in
it every day, things could get serious...
