[Heathkit] Value of SB104

There are three on the auction 'bay right now with various prices attached
between $100 to $300. An insanely low data point would be the pristine, well
built SB-104A (no power supply) that I purchased at our club auction for $35.
Build quality was primo, it had CW filter and noise blanker, plus a published
RIT mod with the proper matching Heath knobs. It turned out to have a bad mic
amp IC, but otherwise worked as it should.

The biggest value killer would probably be the PA transistors. I understand
they are hard to find. Accessory jumpers need to be in place on the rear and
IIRC there is a switch that needs to be in the correct position also to get
output.
