[Heathkit] Value of SB104

I have been asked by the daughter of a silent key to liquidate her father's 
gear.  One of the items is a Heathkit SB104 (might be a SB104A but not sure) 
with Heathkit power supply.  The father built it and was a good technician. 
This was the father's main station rig so it was in use up until his demize 
almost a year ago now.  The sites I have looked at seem to be very dated.

Can anyone tell me what the value of the SB104 should be if in good 
condition and with the power supply?
