Yes, because everyone knows that ALC is really a conspiracy to prevent you from
getting a kilowatt out of a pair of 6146s. The OP should check the 10 Meter het
oscillator crystals to see if one (or more) is a MHz or so lower than it should
be. I did actually hear a guy on 11 Meter freeband using an HW-101 years ago.
