[Heathkit] HW100 low output

Entirely too many of that nature have gone over my bench!

I've gotten to where I'll either charge a ridiculous fee to fix them.  
Either that or I'm just NOT going to touch them!

Better to teach some folks HOW to work on them.  If they aren't 
interested, I'm not either!
