Thanks for the input. Yes, I have installed 5 output tubes without meanfull
change in output into Bird 43 and good Dummy load I will next re install
other 6cl6's; even though current ones test quite good on my Hickock
600a.Will investigate B+ as you suggect. I also have a clip on HP ampmeter
that reads 1 Amp max So between the two I may find that do NOT have as much
input as they say. Oh well; This just supposed to be fun anyway. Mike G
