More on the close up of my weighted SB main tuning knob.

A VERY worthwhile mod to the Heath SB.
With Heath SB, you have to pry the flimsy aluminum skirt off.
You don't need the copper sleeve for Heath. You do need the shrinkwrap
or a soda straw to keep the shot and glue from fouling the setscrew.
I put the aluminum skirt back on with hot glue. All it takes is a little.
This doesn't let you spin the knob across the band like Hallicrafters or
National. It just gives the tuning knob a good feel.
