[Heathkit] SB 303 problem

I just bought a non working SB 303 and am in the initial phase of trouble 
shooting. it seems to be in fair shape and both the optional filters are 
included. When turned on all I get is a loud hum. I removed the power supply 
board and the two 500 mfd caps look pretty bad and show leaky on my old 
Heath cap checker. Before I order new caps I was wondering if there is 
anything else that might be suspect and would these bad caps account for my 
whole problem? Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
