[Heathkit] HW-101: Nothing on 15 meters

I have an HW-101, that I haven't used in a long time. It works fine on all
bands, except 15 meters.
 
It does not receive any signals and the calibration oscillator is barely
audible. Adjusting the driver/preselector does not affect the volume of the
calibration oscillator, like on other bands.
 
Does anyone have any tips on where to start troubleshooting this?
