[Heathkit] RE HW-101 CARRIER NULL

When you no longer can see a movement on a meter you
can still get between 10 dB and 20 dB more carrier
null by using a receiver tuned to the output
frequency.  The power output just gets to be too
little to read on a wattmeter.
