Correction [Heathkit] 28.635 Sig rept using spectrum display

Correction to signal report filed previously.   The 1348Hz signal is 
25Hz deviation instead of 24 Hz as typed. My error,
but the two edge freqs of 1335 and 1361 Hz.

This is NOT a random occurrence.
