[Heathkit] 28.635 Sig rept using spectrum display

I am hearing what may be the mystery signal here in Semi Valley, CA
although the tone shifts are much faster, every few seconds, at 1620 Z.
Has anyone tried to triangulate it ? I don't have a beam, just a G5RV.
