You should have no problem finding a "universal" power transformer that
should work.  The schematic gives you the voltages, and you should be
able to determine the current required.  For the filaments (6.3 volts AC)
just add up the currents for all of the tubes, and lamps, and external
load.  The input to the rectifier is shown as 410 volts center-tapped. 
You can determine the current needed "estimated" from the capability of
the rectifier (6X4).

I think Antique www.tubesandmore.com has something that will work.
