[Heathkit] SSB and CW filters for the HW-101, SB- series

I need some info on these, if anyone knows right off
hand.  For what input/output impedance are these
filters designed for?

It will save me the trouble of working it out using
Thevin's theorem, having not used that in about 23
years!
