[Heathkit] AT-1 VFO to xtal input comments needed

In the old days, the common method of connecting a VFO to a crystal
controlled transmitter was to use a piece of 300 TV twin lead (the brown
stuff). A junked FT-243 case was soldered to the twin-lead and plugged into
the transmitter.
