[Heathkit] Heath-Zenith

Hi Guys, I've purchased a condo that I'm refubishing. In one of the baths 
there is a plastic box with a toggle switch, same as a regular wall switch. 
The logo on the unit is Heath-Zenith. It has a 9 volt battery inside. I 
haven't a clue what it does or what it did in the past. Anybody have any idea 
what it might be.
