[Heathkit] Test equipment question

I believe this is normal.  VTVMs have a high input impedance and your
hands are acting as an antenna / signal source.  If it wasn't
so sensitive, the meter would be loading your measured circuits and
causing incorrect readings.
I think this is why some meters use coaxial cable for the test lead.
