Hi Jim , Dave , all,

I have a Google id and it is longer than 6 characters. I use Buzz with my
id. Is this 6 character limit new? I've never seen that a Google id is
limited to 6 chars.

Have you tried signing up and were denied? Just curious how this number was
derived. I am not a Google zealot by any means. They may have more
information than is good for any one company. But they do have a serious
mindshare of the industry elite.

 I looked at the video and thought it was good.  Google does have the
technology lead over others and there is merit in that, and there is always
something new being presented. One drawback is that user names must be six
characters which leaves out using many call signs which is why I do not have
an account (yet)

User name issue:  Workable
