[HCRA] NEQP and other QP's

Hi all, just some additional info for working multiple QSO parties
(because you can do it).

Also this weekend, the 7QP and the Indiana QP.  These have the same
exchanges 59+state.  If you dabble in the ARI contest (Italy), they want
59+serial number (starting with 001; N1MM shows this at the bottom of the
entry window).

For those of you operating multioperator or "+packet", my cluster node
will be on all weekend (as it always is 24/7) via telnet "dx.413ma.org". 
Keep in mind that using packet places you in the multi-op category!

in there (which means, obviously, compatibility for 7qp and IQP and ARI if
you set it up right):
