[HCRA] NEQP Results and logs

Here is another score for the list.  Not real high, but a marked improvement 
from last year. Having 80 meters helped a lot with the multipliers. I missed 
most of Saturday, but work Sunday until mid-afternoon and then again from 7 
pm, or so, until the end. So here are the numbers:

14,476 points
151 cw q's
6 ph q's (I really should get a microphone :)
40 states (HI on 40, AK on 20)
3 provinces
4 DX
47 multipliers total

Equipment was a TS-850S, R8 vertical and 150-foot dipole on 80 and 40.
