[HCRA] NEQP Results and logs

George,

Good show on HI and AK. I was looking but never heard them.

Overall the HCRA scores were very impressive this year. I can't remember
when we had so many with over 10K points. I'll bet all those folks in the
rest of the US were very happy to hear us as they worked toward their
lobster dinner!

But I'm really starting to wonder when those darn sunspots are going to
start to do their stuff! I heard nothing on 10 and 15 meters.

With N1BAA's contribution we may rank way up there this year.
