For what its worth here are my 2 cents...IN CAPS

> That was one fine meeting we had this past Friday from what I can gather.
> One counter said we had 71 attendees. That's
> close to 70% (assuming a few visitors). (OUTSTANDING)

> keep the code as part of the exam process.

Drop CW on the condition that we seriously re-evaluate the exam and
allocation structure. Exams are too easy and do not do enough to help hams
understand their own gear most of the time (how many non-EE's can tear down
and re-program an IC 706 mkII).

> Special event station at Inddian Motocycle (3 comments) (RMS TITANIC
MUSEUM? SPRINGFIELD ARMORY? SPRINGFIELD AIRPORT FOR GEEBEE FLIGHT?)

> Training seminar on digital modes (IN CONCERT WITH THE ARRL COURSE?)

> Start auction 1 hour earlier (OR DO IT ON A SATURDAY???)

> Club is going fine now (GLAD TO HEAR AND MY DUES WILL BE ON THE WAY)

> Holiday Party at restaurant

> No suggestions, doing a fine job now (IT ONLY STAYS THAT WAY IF PEOPLE
KEEP INVOLVED)
> Damned good job at present
> HCRA is doing fine

> More club contesting (MIGHT I SUGGEST THE 10M CONTEST? WE DO THE NA QSO
PARTY FD STYLE HERE 1 STATION SET UP)

> Promote fox hunting (ZL VS QUAD WARS PART 2? GREAT)

> Nothing, keep it the same

> Morse code classes (MCW NET ON 2M SIMPLEX LIKE SOME OF US DID)

> Happy with present activities

> Would like to know more about club's history ( DAVE BEST PLCE MIGHT BE THE
WEB PAGE SO WE CAN SHARE WITH ALL)

> Party-other than religious or political etc.

> More information aimed at new people and new hams

> Information for public and advertising of Field Day

> More public service events (walkathons, etc)

> At least one public demo a year outside of Field Day

> Meeting night not the best (for the writer)
