[HCARC] Question about repeater

HCARC team,

Don't mind doing the engineering on the "control" side of this project.

What ever you want to measure, I've probably got the Arduino or Raspberry Pi
and Analog to Digital converters to prototype this.

As for comm to the controller, can use eithernet via HSMM or simple "always
on"
433 mhz to read voltages remotely.

Put up a solar HSMM node on the San Marcos hospital that transmits 8
channels
of AtoD (only two used, temp and battery) so all one has to do is roll into
the
parking lot to see status of the node.  (due to we have to ask to access
the roof
of the hospital.)  Chances are I've been-there-done-that...
