[HCARC] Question about repeater

Harvey,

 How big is your panel - i.e. watts??  I have an extra charge controller to 
donate to the cause.  Best battery would be a gel cell to obviate the need 
to add water.  A proper mount is easily made from a couple of 4x4's and some 
of that angle iron with holes every inch or so.  If we need to purchase, 
Harbor freight sells a complete kit with 3 15 watt panels, charge controller
 and mount for $139.00.  Still need a battery if kit used.
